I aim to have all Paypal and credit / debit card phone orders from within the UK delivered within three working days. Any variation from this due to being away from the studio for more than two days will be posted at the top of the News column on the home page.
Paintings or drawings, packed with a hardboard backing and bubble-wrapped, will be sent by courier and tracked.
Prints will normally be sent by first class post and bubble wrapped. (Larger orders for prints may be too heavy for this method and therefore go by courier).
Any Paypal order from within the United Kingdom will normally lead to delivery of the item(s) within three working days. A confirming email from the artist will normally be sent at the time of despatch. If there is any problem with a delivery an email will be sent out explaining any reason for this. If none of these occurs after three days have elapsed customers are advised to use the contact page to request clarification of the situation.
In the case of payments by cheque or postal order for more than £50 the item(s) will be despatched once the cheque (accompanied by the full address and post code of the payee) has been cleared by my bank and by the issuing bank.
Courier deliveries will, where possible, be on a day agreed with the purchaser.
All courier deliveries must be signed for.
With the exception of orders received while the artist is away from the studio for more than two days (see above), orders for prints received by phone or through Paypal by 1 p.m. on weekdays are normally despatched by first class Royal Mail on the same day (except for Thursdays when our local post office closes early). Paypal print orders placed over a weekend or bank holiday are despatched on the next working day. Mounted prints include a sturdy card backing and are bubble wrapped for delivery.
