Any item that is to be returned must be dispatched by you immediately after you receive it and as soon as the reason for returning it has been explained to me in a phone call to 01736 787268.
A refund of the purchase price can only be made if the item is received back at the Turn of the Tide Studio in good order.
When signing for an item delivered by courier you should state on the delivery note that it has been received but not yet checked by you so that it is clear that you are not accepting delivery of a damaged item.
If an item is damaged in transit you should retain all packing materials and contact me on 01736 787268.
